Peter Wilson

With over 25 years in telecom, Peter is the operational head of TELECO’s DAS department. Beginning as an RF Field Engineer, he quickly rose to become the Director of Operations for Wireless Solutions, showcasing strong leadership. Peter’s extensive background includes roles at AT&T as a Cellular Network Engineer, managing large DAS deployments and over 500 cellular towers in South Carolina. His experience equips him with a deep understanding of wireless networks and emergency response systems.

Marci Bridges
DAS Project Manager

With over 30 years in telecommunications, Marci is a seasoned professional who has dedicated two decades to TELECO. Starting as an account manager in TELECO’s Major Accounts Division, Marci progressed to Major Accounts Supervisor, overseeing effective communication with key clients. Later, in Order Fulfillment, her attention to detail streamlined department operations. Since 2021, she has served as a Project Coordinator in the DAS department, leveraging her organizational and communication skills to plan, execute, and complete projects efficiently.

Michelle Gimini
DAS Project Manager

Michelle brings two decades of invaluable telecommunications expertise, holding a business degree from Southern Wesleyan University. Certified as a SCRUM Master, Project Manager, and Process Improvements specialist, she excels in efficiently managing complex DAS projects, combining technical acumen with strategic business insight. Her unwavering dedication to continuous improvement ensures flawless project execution, consistently exceeding customer expectations, and contributing to our mission of providing cutting-edge solutions in the dynamic DAS landscape.

Nager Suarez
DAS Engineer

Nager, a seasoned RF engineer with over a decade of experience in mobile networks, possesses an extensive skill set encompassing iBwave, DAS solutions, and various technologies like RAN, 5G, 4G, 3G, 2G, PS, CBRS, and Wi-Fi. His multifaceted expertise positions him as a valuable asset in navigating the intricacies of evolving telecommunications landscapes, showcasing a commitment to staying at the forefront of cutting-edge technologies driving network advancements.

Steve”Woody” Woods

“Woody” commenced his professional journey at TELECO within the IT field and continues to dedicate a portion of his time to that domain. Approximately seven years into his tenure, an exciting opportunity presented itself, leading Woody to transition into the TELECO DAS Team. Over the years, amidst a significant learning curve and adaptability, he has seamlessly settled into his newfound role, making it his new professional home.

Todd Williamson

7 years in telecom w/wireless major carrier, voice, IT infrastructure design, Data Operations mgmt., including 4 years commercial design and installation of PBX/VM systems. My strengths include recent entrepreneurial expertise and Electrical Engineering background, along with project management and extensive client communications.
