TELECO will train your staff on using our online portal for pricing, order entry and tracking, inventory availability and so much more. TELECO’s technical support team combines over 100 years of field experience and knowledge in the communications industry allowing us to provide top-of-the-line assistance to our dealers. We have dedicated technical support staff for both NEC SV series and TELECO Perfect View. In addition to our exceptional sales and support staff, dealers also have direct access to NEC and Star2Star account managers, sales engineers and support staff.
TELECO dealers also have a unique opportunity for growth through our major accounts program. TELECO manages many major accounts and utilizes over 2,000 contractors throughout North America for installation & service. As a TELECO dealer, you are given first right of refusal for major account work in your area. More work equals more revenue.
